Our product is proudly preservative-free, as it is entirely anhydrous (devoid of water). To maintain its integrity, ensure it remains dry, avoiding contact with water at all times. Steer clear of excessive heat and direct sunlight. We do however recommend to keep the products secured with the caps or lids at all times to preserve freshness.
Due to the whipped consistency of our product, contents may settle during transit, particularly in warmer weather. If melting occurs due to exposure to high heat, rest assured that this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the product's performance. Simply place it in a cooler environment, such as a fridge, to restore its solidity.
